More than a team. We're a movement

At Famlife Flex Athletics, our girls aren’t just playing flag football
— they’re leading a movement!
With every practice, every game, and every touchdown, they’re rewriting the narrative of what young female athletes can do.
They’re trailblazers in cleats, united by sisterhood, drive, and the dream of representing on the world’s biggest stage:
The 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
This isn’t just about wins on the field — it’s about building a legacy of empowerment, leadership, and excellence.
"We don’t follow trends — we set them.
We don’t wait for opportunity — we train for it."
Join us as we train, grow, and push toward history.

Road to Nationals
Your Pink & Teal 2024–2025 14U team is officially headed to the NFL Flag Nationals in the summer of 2026.
The squad earned their spot by dominating the Houston Regional Tournament, finishing 5–0, scoring 89 total points, and allowing just 21 all weekend.
With a big summer ahead, we are actively raising funds to help eliminate the financial hardships associated with this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Travel, lodging, uniforms, and national-level competition all come with significant costs, and our goal is to ensure every athlete can fully participate.
If you are interested in sponsoring or donating to support our girls, please fill out the form on our website or contribute through our Famlife Flex Foundation (501(c)(3)).
Your support directly impacts these athletes and helps them compete on the national stage.
