More than a team. We're a movement

At Famlife Flex Athletics, our girls aren’t just playing flag football
— they’re leading a movement!
With every practice, every game, and every touchdown, they’re rewriting the narrative of what young female athletes can do.
They’re trailblazers in cleats, united by sisterhood, drive, and the dream of representing on the world’s biggest stage:
The 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
This isn’t just about wins on the field — it’s about building a legacy of empowerment, leadership, and excellence.
"We don’t follow trends — we set them.
We don’t wait for opportunity — we train for it."
Join us as we train, grow, and push toward history.

FLEX REPORT
We’re incredibly proud of Brooke Bishop (QB/S) and Emma Shipley (WR/CB), who were selected to the USA 16U Select Bowl Team! Their dedication, hard work, and love for the game earned them national recognition, and they represented with heart, hustle, and pride. This is a huge milestone — and just the beginning of many other girls out of the "Pink & Teal"!
We’re thrilled to announce that Zoe "BiBi" Aceves became the first athlete out of the Pink & Teal to earn a full scholarship to play flag football at Pratt University!
Her journey, leadership, and relentless drive have paved the way for future generations — and this is only the beginning. BiBi’s legacy is now part of our program’s history, and we couldn’t be more proud.
Congratulations, BiBi!
